On the occasion of the 2026 European Night of Museums, the IAC is offering a free late-night opening from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. to discover THE (PSYCHO)SOMATIC ZONE as well as the presentation of the La Fabrique des regards project !
You will have the opportunity to join a guided tour of THE (PSYCHO)SOMATIC ZONE, bringing together Mire Lee’s solo exhibition and the collection focus dedicated to Pipilotti Rist, led by the exhibition curator Sarah Caillet. During the tour, you will discover the ideas that informed the conception of the exhibitions, the different stages of their development, and the curator’s personal perspective on the works on display.
In the auditorium, the presentation of the La Fabrique des regards project, carried out as part of the «Esprits en liberté» programme, will be on view. Centered around two works by Camille Llobet —Faire la musique (2017) and Pacheû, croquis sonores (2023) — several middle and high school classes from Villeurbanne explored notions of perception, listening, and critical observation through workshops, encounters, and discussions.
