After an idea of Marie de Brugerolle, invited curator and playwright, Julien Bismuth is showing his performance The Parallax views, based on an L-shaped sculpture accessory with the form and dimensions of an L-Beam by Robert Morris. Julien Bismuth lives and works in New York, Paris and Vienna. For about ten years his work has been centred on both text and body language codes. A former student of Paul McCarthy and Richard Jackson and influenced by Guy de Cointet's work, Julien Bismuth puts on performances in which he is the actor himself or chooses others.
