Thomas Teurlai is a visual artist with a special interest in ruins and the infrathin. He works in spaces around the world, ranging from white cubes to disused industrial spaces. In all of them, the artist restores life and movement to junk and neglected objects, animating them, putting them together, using them for other purposes, creating installations that modify our perception of the environment. The visitor finds himself totally involved in these installations, which have a kind of offbeat poetry, and seem to condense time.
